Done in Photoshop with a "Wacom", in a few days, kind of "matte paint".
Some ref used, but nothing signifiant.

A kind of "sovieto-steam punk".

Stunning stuff! I love the slightly grimy atmosphere to the piece. There's something ominous in the view of all those Zeppelins passing threateningly low over the city.
